Todd responded the very next day to my late-in-the-midnight-hour inquiry, when my closing on a first time home purchase/investment property was starting to go sideways. He gave me a call and in less than 10 minutes, I knew what to do next. He patiently explained things I didn’t understand and listened well. Real estate sales contract language can be rather convoluted and vague, so I knew I was in over my head.  I contacted Todd with my problem and he responded right away with some very helpful information.  His willingness to share his knowledge convinced me to ask him to review the part of the contract that was most relevant and he graciously agreed to the task and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order.  He understood the matter was time sensitive and quickly sent me his comments.  They were precise, comprehensive and easy for me to understand.  We had a follow up phone conversation, which was also very informative. (And fun - if I'm allowed to say that!)  He definitely gave me the peace of mind I needed to go ahead with the contract.  This was the best experience with a lawyer of any specialty that I have had.
